Founded by Diego A. Boscan, who began his professional journey as an interpreter on June 2018, when he started working with CyraCom International as an over-the-phone interpreter. In this role, he built a strong foundation in professional interpretation, developing extensive knowledge, specialized terminology, and real-world experience across multiple industries.

During his time as a phone interpreter, Diego handled calls in sectors including banking, legal, business, medical services, utilities, real estate, insurance, and 911 emergency services. This broad exposure sharpened his accuracy, adaptability, and cultural awareness skills that are essential in high-stakes communication environments.

One year later, he began working independently with immigrants, providing in-person interpretation for U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) affirmative asylum interviews and Adjustment of Status (AOS) interviews. Since then, he has worked closely with individuals from many Hispanic nationalities, giving him the linguistic and cultural foundation to effectively assist clients regardless of their Spanish-speaking country of origin.

Over the years, Diego has collaborated with dozens of immigration attorneys and has been honored to be recognized by four different attorneys as the best interpreter they have worked with. To date, he has interpreted more than 300 USCIS interviews and counting, supporting clients during some of the most important moments of their immigration journey.

He approaches every case with professionalism, precision, and respect, understanding that accurate interpretation is not only about language, but about clarity, trust, and the real human impact of every word.
